GREENSPOINT, NEWPORT HOMEBUILDERS AND STILLBROOKE HOMES PARTICIPATE IN 1ST ANNUAL PROSPER PROMENADE OF HOMES
JUNE 22 – 24, 2007

The 1st Annual Prosper Promenade of Homes, presented by the Town of Prosper – Economic Development Corporation and the Prosper Texas Chamber of Commerce, along with area developers and home builders, was a huge success. With its hike and bike trails, parks, picnic areas, and even a 27-acre lake for fishing, canoeing and kayaking, Greenspoint was one of the Communities of Excellence. During the tour, Newport Homebuilders hosted carriage rides through the neighborhood, and Stillbrooke Homes offered giveaways.

According to a spokesperson for the Town of Prosper – Economic Development Corporation, “This event was a great way of showing prospective home buyers and REALTORS® all that Prosper has to offer. Prosper is a desirable place to live for those who value the beauty of the countryside and the accessibility to the metroplex.”

Prosper is a town with a rich history and a bright future. Located at the crossroads of University (Hwy. 380) and Preston Road (S.H. 289) in Collin County, Prosper combines the charm of country living with the dynamics of being one of the fastest-growing areas in the metroplex. Residents enjoy beautiful parks, sports facilities, community shopping, entertainment, restaurants and services, and just a short drive away is regional shopping and destination retail. With new facilities being planned, area residents are served by the highly-acclaimed Prosper Independent School District. Visitors were invited to explore the town, tour the neighborhoods, visit the schools, and see why so many families have chosen Prosper above all others.

While touring the town, visitors were invited to register to win great prizes.
